Oma Savings Bank plc (OmaSp) (HEL:OMASP) said on Wednesday that it is continuing merger negotiations with Eurajoen Savings Bank.
It comes after the Finnish bank announced in November 2020 that it was in talks to merge Eurajoen and Mietoinen Savings Banks into Oma Savings Bank.
The merger negotiations with Mietoinen Savings Bank have now come to an end, but negotiations are proceeding with Eurajoen Savings Bank and decisions on unification will be made by the governing bodies of both banks during the second quarter of the year.
