Earl

Radnor,

Lord
of
the Hundred, Barony, or
Royalty

entitled
to

claims divers Rights and Privileges

after mentioned, which might impede the Scheme
of
making the
faid
Harbour; but
for
the Benefit
of
the Undertaking, and far the

derations hereinafter mentioned,
