Ford India, a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F), has raised the equivalent average days in its severance package offer from the earlier 115 days to 121 days for employees who are supporting production at the Chennai plant.
The automaker has taken this step in a bid to ensure timely settlement for all employees by July 31.
