Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F), a United States-based automaker, is utilising TeamViewer's Frontline solution to add augmented reality 'See What I See' assistance in order to offer improved support to automotive technicians across its global network of Ford dealers.

The new service is provided by Ford's Technical Assistance Center. Dealer technicians can connect to Ford's Technical Assistance Centerspecialists via a web-based portal or even on a phone. The new See What I See program helps Ford's Technical Assistance Center to start a remote AR session using TeamViewer Frontline via a pair of onsite RealWear smart glasses to share, in real time, exactly what the repair technician is looking at.
