I was pleased to have been asked to write a short Foreword to the first edition of Mark Watson-Gandy’s Corporate Insolvency Practice in 2010 and am even more pleased to have been asked to add to it for this second edition, for the appearance of a second edition is testimony to the success of the first, and provides some justification for my prediction that the work would fill a gap on many shelves as well as in the knowledge of many practitioners.
