Fortis Solutions Group Acquires Anchor Printing in Michigan, USA.

Virginia, US-based printed packaging solutions provider Fortis Solutions Group LLC has acquired Michigan-based printing specialist Anchor Printing to enhance printing and packaging solutions, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Fortis will help Anchor continue future growth and bolster core capabilities across key product lines.
Employing over 1,200 employees across 18 manufacturing sites, Fortis intends to continue its pursuit of attractive acquisitions to further the breadth of product offerings and locations.
