Mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn gwneud y Gorchymyn canlynol drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd iddynt gan adran 178(3) o Fesur Llywodraeth Leol (Cymru) 2011( 1).
Enwi, cymhwyso a dehongli
1.-(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Mesur Llywodraeth Leol (Cymru) 2011 (Cychwyn Rhif 1) 2011 ac mae'n gymwys o ran Cymru.
(2) Yn y Gorchymyn hwn ystyr "y Mesur" ("the Measure") yw Mesur Llywodraeth Leol (Cymru) 2011.
