Grand Fitness Partners Acquires 13 Planet Fitness Locations in Virginia.

New Jersey, US-based Planet Fitness franchisee Grand Fitness Partners has acquired a portfolio of 13 Planet Fitness locations across Virginia from the Asbell Group, the company said.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The 13 Planet Fitness locations will benefit from Grand Fitness Partners' operating infrastructure, culture and marketing resources.
