Great Portland Estates Acquires St Andrew Street Property for GBP 30m.

UK-based property development and investment firm Great Portland Estates plc (LSE: GPE) has acquired the long leasehold interest at 6/10 St Andrew Street for GBP 30m (USD 36.60m) (GBP 650 per sq ft), the firm said.

The 46,200 sq ft building is currently vacant, and benefits from planning permission for a two-storey extension.
