Us eux submit al arbitrement de touts controversies, issint que final concord soit fait al jour certain; les arbitrators agard, que Crane payera un summe d'argent a 3 several jours ; proviso, que si apres appiert al arbitrators [146] que le plaintiffs n'ont discharge le dit Crane de touts dets in queux fuit lie pur eux, que taut de cest summe serra repay per eux, quant a luy solement semble fit. Et un action fuit port sur le bond d'estoier a cest arbitrement. Et fuit object, que ceo n'est bon agard, quia ne final, come le condition in le submission fuit; quia n'est determination absolute, mes le arbitrators reserve power a luy mesmea de revoker cest payment, ou part de ceo apres. Et le Court resolve ceo sur cest diversity; quant il reserve power in luy sur le chose submitted, la son arbitrement n'est final, & issint void; mes quant reserve power a luy sur un auter chose, nemy mise in le submission, la cest power est void, & son arbitrement sur ceo: mes son arbitrement sur le chose submitted serra final & peremptory.
