New track access contract between Network Rail Infrastructure Limited and Grand
Union Trains Limited
On 2 October 2023 Grand Union Trains Limited submitted the above proposed track access
contract asking us to direct Network Rail to enter into it under section 17 of the Railways Act
1993 (the Act).
Further to the decision letter dated 7 March 2024 approving the application made by Grand
Union Trains Limited, and having recently consulted you on the terms of the contract, we
have now issued the enclosed directions.
