Highlander Partners Acquires McIntosh Group to Anchor Technology Platform.

Texas-based private investment firm Highlander Partners, L.P. has acquired New York-based audio company McIntosh Group, through a newly-formed holding company to anchor Highlander's luxury technology platform, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
McIntosh Group operates in the high-end audio category and manufactures and globally distributes amplifiers, speakers, turntables and other audio products under several brands.
