HKSCan Oyj (HEL:HKSAV), a Nordic meat and meals company, reported on Friday that Marko Onnela, Riitta Palomaki and Tuomas Salusjarvi have announced their resignation from the company's board of directors, effective 14 December 2018.
No reasons were cited for their resignation.
Onnela has served as a member and deputy chairman of HKScan's board since 2017 and as a deputy member of the board in 2015-2016. Also, both Palomaki and Salusjarvi have served as members of the board since 2017.
