Horizon Media Acquires Live Digital Experience Platform First Tube.

US-based media agency Horizon Media has acquired a majority interest in live digital experience platform First Tube, the firm said.
First Tube serves brands adding hybrid digital experiential marketing to the suite of services offered to clients.
Established in 2017, First Tube is one of the pioneers in the "experiential transformation" space, combining the power of performance media with experiential, delivering a new format for brands to harness creative, experiences, content, and media all in one solution.
The company has worked with brands in numerous categories including CPG, DTC, financial services, media, retail, technology and others.
