THE DILEMMA I am the finance manager at a global charity. Some of the members of our governing committee travel to overseas offices and I'm concerned about the expenses that one of them submits. These do not always reflect policy, exceeding limits for hotels and including big bar bills. But the FD is reluctant to challenge these and signs them off.
