Iconex Acquires Packaging Solutions Maker Liberty Greenleaf.

Georgia, US-based label solutions and paper receipts provider Iconex has acquired Arizona, US-based point-of-sale and industrial packaging solutions manufacturer Liberty Greenleaf, the company said.
Founded over three decades ago, Liberty Greenleaf is a manufacturer of point-of-sale and industrial packaging solutions, with operations in Phoenix, Arizona and Morristown, Tennessee.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
After the transaction, Iconex will maintain customers in all 50 states and internationally in Europe and Canada.
