India-Based Sonata Software Acquires US IT Services Firm Encore Software Services.

India-based Sonata Software has agreed to acquire California-based healthcare and supply chain-focussed IT services company Encore Software Services, to enter new verticals in healthcare and logistics, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Encore Software Services, incorporated in 1998 and head quartered in San Jose, with development centre in Chennai, has established itself as a provider of Cloud Application development services, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, Testing and Maintenance.
