Bacon,
formerly of
Friern House
in the Parish wm of

Friern
Barnet in the County of Middlesex, Esquire, by
Bacon,
Esq.
his last Will and Testament in Writing, bearing Date the 3Ist Jan.
Thirty-first Day of Januarf One thousand eight hundred and four, aftet

bequeathing unto his Son John
William Bacon
a Legacy of One thousand
Pounds, gave, devised, and bequeathed unto his Two Sons, the said
John
William Bacon and
Francis
D'Arcy
Bacon,
their Heirs, Executors, and
Administrators, all his Real and Personal Estates, in Trust as to One-third
Part thereof (the Whole into Three equal Parts to be divided) to and for
the Use and Behoof of the said John
William
Bacon,
his Heirs, Executors,
Administrators, and Assigns for ever; and as to one other Third Part
thereof,
in Trust for the said
Francis
D'Arcy
Bacon,
his Heirs, Executors,
Administrators, and Assigns for ever ; and as to the remaining Third Part
thereof,
in Trust that the Testator's said Two Sons, their Heirs, Execu-
tors,
or Administrators, should pay the Rents, Issues, Dividends, Interest,
and Produce thereof into the Hands of the Testator's Daughter Maria
Johnston,
the Wife of Sir
William Johnston
Baronet, for her separate Use
and
Benefif,
for the Term of her natural Life, and not to be subject to
the Debts, Control, or Engagements of her said or any future Husband j
and from and after the Decease of the said Maria
Johnston,
in Trust for
her Child or Children living at the Time of her Decease, to be divided
