Kennedy Lewis Investment Proposes Acquisition of Rapid Micro Biosystems for USD 5/Share.

New York-based credit manager Kennedy Lewis Investment Management LLC has proposed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Massachusetts-based microbiology company Rapid Micro Biosystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RPID) for USD 5.00 per share, the company said.
Kennedy Lewis has approximately USD 10bn under management across private funds and CLOs. Kennedy Lewis' private funds primarily focus on middle-market companies facing disruption, whether it be cyclical, secular or regulatory related.
Kennedy Lewis currently owns approximately 14.14% of the issued and outstanding class A common stock of RPID (taking into account warrants to acquire class A common stock that are held by such funds).
