An Act for vefting in Truftees all the real Eftates late of
Nathaniel Matthew Knapp Efquire, deceafed, which.
by his Will were devifed in ftricl: Settlement, to the
Intent that proper Parts thereof may be fold for
difcharging the Incumbrances afFedting the fame
real Eftates; and that the Refldue of the Money,
if any, ariling by fuch Sale may be invefted in the
Purchafe of other Lands; and that the Lands to be
fo purchafed, and alfo fuch Part of the Lands to be
veiled in Truftees as aforefaid as fhall not be fold,
may be fettled to the Ufes contained in the Will of
the faid Nathaniel Matthew Knapp, concerning his
real Eftates devifed in ftrict Settlement.

Buildings,

Efquire, was at the Date and Publi-
cation of his laft Will and Teftament herein-after recited, and alfo at his
Death, feifed to him and his Heirs for an Eftate in Fee Simple, in
Poflef-
fion of divers Manors, Meffuages, Lands, Tenements, Rents, Advbwfons,
Tithe?,
and Hereditaments, in the Pariflies of
Shenky
and Little Linford
