Carnoustie Distillery returns with its selection of artisan gins, vodkas and liqueurs and also coming back after their Christmas break is producer Simply Flo.
Originally from Lebanon, head chef Flo produces an array of traditional Lebanese cuisine to the same recipes her family have used for generations at her kitchens in
Auchterarder.
"I first learnt to cook these dishes from my mother using the same iron pots she had learned with as a child" said Flo."It's more than just food - it's a journey into my heritage."
Other stallholders at the market will be award-winning cheeses, Highland beef, fresh breads and scones, Arbroath fish, Ayrshire vegetables, locally roasted coffee, pies and sausage rolls.
