The site and business is limited and registered for the benefit of Benison (Nursery School) Ltd, not solely for the benefit of Julie Swinnerton or occupier of Ash Cottage (which no longer exists). 6. Benison Day Nursery Ltd was registered and has operated as a limited company since October 2, 1987. Ash Cottage was also subject to a change of use application in 1995 to remove the overnight residential dwelling status/accommodation from the site for the benefit of further nursery and after school children day accommodation, Benison Nursery School, Rake Lane, Eccleston.
