'WHEREAS an Act was passed in this Session of Parliament, intituled An Act for granting Relief against Defects in Leases made under Powers of Leasing in certain Cases: And whereas it is expedient to suspend the Operation of the said Act as herein-after mentioned:' Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled. and by the Authority of the same, That the said Act shall be and the same is hereby rendered wholly inoperative until the First Day ofJune One thousand eight...
