Linewise Acquires Spanish Parental Controls Firm Qustodio in Deal Valued at USD 52m.

New Zealand-based K-12 cyber safety management system provider Linewize has acquired 100% of the shares of Spanish parental controls firm Qustodio and its subsidiaries in a transaction valued at USD 52m, the company said.

The proposed transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of regulatory approval in Spain.

The acquisition was conducted by Linewize's parent company, Family Zone (ASX: FZO), based in Australia.

The merger will strengthen the company's consumer capabilities, expand its footprint and further its mission to protect every child's digital journey at school and home.
