The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(1)(a) and 17(2) of the Energy Act 19761, there being in force an Order in Council2under section 3 of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:—

S-1 This Order may be cited as the Liquid and Gaseous Fuel...

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Liquid and Gaseous Fuel (Designated Filling Stations and Fuel Depots) (No. 5) (Revocation) Order 2000 and shall come into force at 5.00 p.m. on 29th September 2000.

(2) The Liquid and Gaseous Fuel (Designated Filling Stations and Fuel Depots) (No. 5) Order 20003is hereby revoked.

This Order revokes the Liquid and Gaseous Fuel (Designated Filling Stations and Fuel Depots) (No. 5) Order 2000 (S.I. 2000/2535). That Order designated certain filling stations and fuel depots in order that the Secretary of State might make a further order or orders or give directions under the Energy Act 1976 by reference to such premises.

The Motor Fuel (Designated Filling Stations and Fuel Depots) Order 2000 (S.I. 2000/2484) and earlier Orders in this series are no longer in force having been revoked by earlier Orders in this series.
