Editors
Raj Panasar is a partner at Hogan Lovells International LLP. His practice focuses on international
nancing transactions and nancial regulation. He represents issuers and nancial institutions in
international equity, high- yield and other debt oerings, and syndicated and leveraged loans. Raj is a
recognized leader on complex listings under the EU prospectus regime and a member of the London
Stock Exchange’s Primar y Markets Group. Aer reading law at the London School of Economics, he
qualied as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and gained admission to the Bar in
New York. He is also a full stack developer.
Philip Boeckman is a partner in Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP’s Corporate Department and serves
as Managing Partner of the Firm’s London oce and Co- Head of the Capital Markets Practice for
EMEA. Philip’s general corporate practice covers capital markets, including IPOs, rights issuances
and other equity oerings, U.S. listings and high- yield bridge, bond and other leveraged nancings,
as well as mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Practising
Law Institute’s Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in Europe and has previously served as Vice
Chair of the Board of Directors of the AFME High- Yield Division and Co-Chair of the International
Bar Association’s S ecurities Law Committee.

Carlos Costa Andrade is a partner at Uría Menéndez. His practice includes capital markets, take-
overs, IPOs, OPVs, structured bonds and other complex securities, regulated and non- regulated
market management entities, M&A, securities, banking, and corporate governance.
Petri Avikainen is a partner in White & Case LLP. He advises clients on domestic and international
capital markets and M&A transactions, including rights oerings, initial public oerings, accelerated
book- built oerings, equity- linked and debt oerings and public tender oers. He also regularly ad-
vises Finnish publicly- traded companies and other national and international corporate and invest-
ment banking clients on issues related to Finnish corporate and securities laws.
Jean- Pierre Blumberg (†) was a partner at Linklaters LLP. Until October 2020 he was co- head of
global M&A within the rm. He had more than 35 years of experience advising on corporate transac-
tions in Belgium.
Emil L.G. Boström is a partner at Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå AB and specializes in se-
curities law and works specically with public company transactions including public takeovers and
mergers, and equity capital market transactions including IPOs and other equity oerings. Emil also
advises listed companies on corporate governance and disclosure matters.
Pierre- Marie Boury is a U.S- qualied lawyer and partner at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP
with more than 20 years of experience advising companies, investment banks and sovereigns on com-
plex cross- b order international capital markets transactions. Pierre- Marie spearheads the rm’s high-
yield practice in Europe and emerging markets, advising both underwriters and issuers.
