Love Island line-up reveal has fans predicting early twist over 'missing' contestant; Love Island viewers are already speculating about a late arrival after the 2021 line-up was revealed.

Love Island looks set for an early twist as eagle-eyed fans have noticed something doesn't quite add up with this year's line-up.

After teasing some big contestant news with a post on on their social media channels at the weekend, bosses delivered the goods on Monday with the reveal of the Love Island 2021 line-u p, which includes a semi professional footballer, a Nando's waitress and a civil servant involved with the rollout of Test and Trace.

The new series of Love Island starts on Monday, June 28 and, while very excited for what's to come, fans noticed something, or rather someone was missing from the line-up.

Shortly after all of the contestants were unveiled, Love Island posted a new trailer featuring them all, but while there were six girls, there were only five boys.

Now, as every Love Island viewer knows, the ITV2 dating show is no stranger to a bombshell or two and fans think one could be dropped from the get-go, with a male late arrival stirring things up in the villa.
