Man admits killing Sophie, 33, in accident

Sam Pybus admitted choking Sophie Moss during a kinky sex session which went wrong.

The 31-year-old was charged with murdering Sophie Moss in Darlington which he denies and was set to stand trial at Teesside Crown Court in September.

However, Pybus appeared at the Middlesbrough court yesterday wearing a grey suit and white shirt.

He admitted the "unlawful killing" and pleaded guilty to - manslaughter. Pybus, of Water View, Middleton St George, Darlington, pleaded not guilty to murder. Sophie Moss was found unresponsive by police at Glaisdale Court on Sunday, February 7.

She was taken to hospital but was sadly pronounced dead.
