The Trams to Newhaven team have put together a graphic revealing which works are going on in each of the areas along the new line.

Each of the new tramstops – from Picardy Place to Newhaven – are plotted along the route, with a colour-coded system outlining exactly what stage the project is at in each section as of the start of this month.

Works on the tram line between York Place and London Road are yet to begin, although track works are taking place down much of Leith Walk and Constitution Street.

Utilities works are ongoing around the Pilrig Street and Middlefield Road areas, while drainage and ducting operations are taking place close to the new Balfour Street tramstop.
