Marvell Acquires Tanzanite to Strengthen CXL Development Initiatives.

Delaware, US-based technology company Marvell (NASDAQ: MRVL) has agreed to acquire California-based Tanzanite Silicon Solutions, Inc., a developer of advanced Compute Express Link technologies, to enhance cloud-optimised CXL portfolio, the company said.
The all-cash transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of the current fiscal year and is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including approval by Tanzanite's shareholders. Terms were not disclosed.
