McDonald's worker explains drive-through secrets in viral clip

Well one TikTok user who works for the fast food giant has revealed all, explaining how they make sure they don't mix orders up and leave customers angry.

Katie, known as @katieeclarkee on TikTok, made a short video explaining how the drive-throughs are surrounded by cameras.

And those cameras take a quick snap of you in your car which is then linked with your order, making sure you get the right food and drinks, the Daily Mirror reported.

Katie even showed people how the system works in the video, which has been viewed over 5 million times on the video sharing app.

"Ever wondered how McDonald's know whose car is whose?"

"There is a camera and it takes a picture of you and your car," she said.

The 17-year-old employee told viewers that the customer gets the right order because of a small camera.

So rather than memorise the order and guess which person it belongs to, the employees just have to match it a picture of the persion in their car.

So when you arrive at the final window after paying, there's less risk of you driving away with someone else's meal.
