McLaren Automotive, a United Kingdom-based automaker, has announced that its production plant in Woking, Surrey, has produced its 20,000th vehicle.

The automaker has achieved this objective in less than eight years. The facility opened in July 2011 to build McLaren's first modern supercar, the MP4-12C. It now produces several different McLaren models and employs over 2,300 people.
