Medicover AB (STO:MCOVB) announced on Tuesday that the number of shares and votes in the company has changed as a result of conversions of in total 15,850 class A shares into class B shares carried out in April 2019, following requests from shareholders in accordance with the conversion clause in Medicover's articles of association.

As on 30 April 2019, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 135,735,195 shares in Medicover, of which 78,820,351 are class A shares, together carrying 78,820,351 votes; 54,514,844 are class B shares...
