The Miscellaneous Fees (Variation) Order 1968

In pursuance of section 35(2) of and Part II of Schedule 3 to the Local Government Act 1966(a), I hereby make the following Order:—

1. The enactments specified in the second column of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to fees payable in respect of the matters mentioned in the third column of that Schedule) shall be amended by substituting, for the sums specified in the fourth column of that Schedule, the sums specified in the fifth column thereof.

2. The Interpretation Act 1889(b) shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.

3. This Order may be cited as the Miscellaneous Fees (Variation) Order 1968 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1968.
