The parties are agreed that any dispute, question or difference arising under or in connection with this agreement shall, in the first instance, be submitted to mediation. The parties will each submit three mediator suggestions with curriculum vitae to the other side. If the parties are unable to agree on a mediator within 7 working days, the ADR Group will be asked to appoint a mediator from its panel.
