JUDGMENT
1. The claimant’s claim that he was subjected to a detriment on the ground
that he made a protected disclosure on 2 March 2012 (as set out in
paragraphs 73 101 of the particulars of claim attached to claim
2205166/2013) is struck out pursuant to rule 37(1)(b) of the tribunal rules.
2. The claimant’s claim that he was subjected to a detriment on the ground
that he made a protected disclosure on 16 March 2012 (as set out in
paragraphs 102 109 of the particulars of claim attached to claim
2205166/2013) is dismissed on withdrawal.
REASONS
Hearing
1. Todays hearing was a preliminary hearing in public to determine whether
the claimants claim that he was subjected to a detriment on the ground
that he made a protected disclosure pursuant to section 47B of the
Employment Rights Act 1996 should be struck out.
