JUDGMENT
Upon hearing the claimant, it is ordered as follows:-
1. There being no attendance from the respondent (as anticipated following the
Preliminary Hearing), the hearing proceeded in the absence of the respondent.
2. The claimant’s claims for a redundancy payment and for her notice period were
withdrawn.
3. The claimant was unfairly dismissed, pursuant to s94 Employment Rights Act
1996.
4. The Tribunal awards compensation and orders the respondent to pay to the
claimant compensation in the sum of £25,190.71. This is broken down as
follows:

4.1 Net loss of earnings and contractual benefits 20,033.10
4.2 Grossed up amount for tax purposes of 4.1 above 4,607.61
4.3 Loss of statutory rights 500.00
4.4 Expenses in looking for another job 50.00
Total 25, 190.71
