England's chief medical officer , Professor Chris Whitty, deputy CMO, Jonathan Van-Tam, and Wales' and Scotland's CMOs, Frank Atherton and Dr Gregor Smith, have been given knighthoods
Figen Murray, 60, was also made an OBE for her work with young people after her son Martyn Hett, 29, died in the attack after an Ariana Grande concert on May 22, 2017.
Since his death, she has completed a master's degree in counter-terrorism, campaigned for increased security measures and spoken to 14,000 schoolchildren about the dangers of radicalisation.
The Queen's head chef Mark Flanagan, who oversaw the dishes served at the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's 2018 wedding reception, has been made a Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order .

While 85-year-old health service porter Jimmy Chapman has been awarded the British Empire Medal - and says he has no plans to slow down just yet.
"I will never consider retiring; what would I do with myself if I retired?" he said. "My place is in my workplace, serving people as best as I can, and that is what I will continue to do as long as my health holds out."
Inspirational fundraiser Tobias Weller, 11, becomes the youngest to feature on the list, having been awarded the British Empire Medal after he was inspired by his hero Captain Sir Tom Moore to start raising money during the pandemic lockdowns.
His mum told him about the award on Christmas Day and he said it was "absolutely amazing to be honoured by the Queen."
He added: "My mum told me about the honour on Christmas day and I thought 'wow, I'm actually going to get an honour from Her Majesty the Queen'.
"I will receive the medal from the lord lieutenant at a local ceremony but I'll also be invited to attend a royal garden party. Imagine that - a party with the Queen at Buckingham Palace. I can't wait."
