Next Fifteen Communications Makes Two Acquisitions.

UK-based marketing firm Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (LSE: NFC) has acquired two firms to strengthen its Customer Delivery segment, the firm said.

Under the respective terms of the deals, Activate Marketing Services LLC has acquired the entire outstanding membership interests of US-based demand generation business Green Leads Holdings LLC and Agent 3 Ltd. has acquired the entire issued share capital of IT Telemarketing Services Ltd.

Both transactions completed on 31 May 2022.

As part of the acquisition of Green Leads an application has been made to admit to trading on AIM 73,556 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the company.

These ordinary shares will, upon issue, rank parri passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 10 June 2022.

Green Leads is a US-based demand generation business that uses a range of products and services to help sales functions develop, and set up specific appointments, on behalf of B2B technology businesses.
