NiSource Inc. (NYSE: NI), a fully-regulated utility company in the United States,has announced its common and preferred stock dividends.

The company has declared a quarterly common stock dividend payment of USD0.235 per share. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record at October 31, 2022 on November 18, 2022.

The firm also announced a dividend of USD28.25 per share on the corporation's outstanding shares of the 5.65 percent Series A Fixed-Rate Reset Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock, equal to USD0.2825 per USD1 of its liquidation preference.
