The Officer for National Statistics has recently revealed the most popular names given to boys and girls across the year of 2022. This is the most recent data available at this time

Across the country, the most popular boy's name was Noah for the second year running after it replaced Oliver in 2021. For girls, the most popular name was Olivia, which was unchanged from the previous year.
