O2Cool Acquires EcoVessel and U-Konserve to Rebrand as O2C Brands.

Chicago-based consumer products company O2Cool LLC has acquired stainless steel water containers provider EcoVesse, located in Colorado, and insulated U-food storage solutions provider Konserve, located in Arizona, to expand family of brands, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
O2Cool will rebrand to O2C Brands LLC. The new name reflects the corporate strategy of being a synergistic operating company of multiple consumer brands.
EcoVessel was founded in 2010 with sustainability and environmental protection as hallmarks of the business. The company is a member of the non-profit 1% for the Planet, which donates dollars to environmental non-profits.
