THE OFFICIAL SECRETS (MINISTRY OF SUPPLY) (No. 2) ORDER 1947, DATED NOVEMBER 5, 1947, MADE BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE UNDER SECTION 3 OF THE OFFICIAL SECRETS ACT, 1911 (1 & 2 GEO. 5. C. 28) AS AMENDED BY SECTION 10 OF THE OFFICIAL SECRETS ACT, 1920 (10 & 11 GEO. 5. C. 75).

In pursuance of the power conferred on me by section 3 of the Official Secrets Act, 1911, as amended by section 10 of the Official Secrets Act, 1920, I hereby make the following Order:—

1. The place specified in the Schedule to this Order, being a place belonging to or used for the purposes of His Majesty, is declared to be a prohibited place for the purposes of section 3 of the Official Secrets Act, 1911, on the ground that information with respect thereto, or damage thereto, would be useful to an enemy.

2. This Order may be cited as the Official Secrets (Ministry of Supply) (No. 2) Order, 1947, and shall come into operation on the 12th day of November, 1947.
