Olympia Financial Group Closes Acquisition of Investment Accounts from Computershare Trust Company.

Canada-based Olympia Financial Group Inc's (TSX: OLY) Olympia Trust Co has closed the acquisition of approximately 34,000 self-directed non-registered and registered plan investment accounts currently administered by Computershare Trust Company of Canada, the group said.

This deal was announced last December.

At that time, Olympia Financial entered into an asset purchase agreement under which Olympia Trust would purchase, for CDN 6.5m in cash, approximately 34,000 self-directed non-registered and registered plan investment accounts currently administered by Computershare Trust Company of Canada.

Olympia Financial Group conducts most of its operations through its subsidiary Olympia Trust, a non-deposit taking trust company.
