ORDER OF THE LORD CHANCELLOR, DATED AUGUST 15, 1921, ASSIGNING ALL BANKRUPTCY BUSINESS IN THE HIGH COURT TO THE CHANCERY DIVISION.

4 & 5 Geo. 5. c. 59.

I, the Right Honourable Frederick Viscount Birkenhead, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, by virtue of Section 97 of the Bankruptcy Act, 1914, and all other powers enabling me in that behalf, do hereby direct that on and after the 12th day of October, 1921, all matters in respect of which jurisdiction is given to the High Court by the Bankruptcy Act, 1914, shall be assigned until further Order to the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice.
