Finnish pharmaceutical company Orion Oyj (HEL:ORNBV) announced on Tuesday that the members of its nomination committee are Kari Jussi Aho, Annika Ekman, Erkki Etola, Petteri Karttunen, Matti Kavetvuo, Timo Maasilta, Heikki Westerlund and Jukka Ylppo.
The company added that Kavetvuo was elected chairman of the nomination committee.
This nomination committee will prepare and present a recommendation to the board of directors for the proposal to the Annual General Meeting concerning the composition of the board.
