Otodata Acquires AIUT's LPG Branch to Expand Product Offerings in LPG Remote Monitoring Market.

Montreal-based tank monitoring systems provider Otodata Holdings, Inc. has acquired Poland-based AIUT's LPG branch, a supplier of IoT ecosystems for the global LPG remote monitoring and metering market, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Otodata offers remote tank monitoring hardware, software and applications for a variety of industries. Otodata's solutions allow fuel and industrial gas marketers to monitor their tanks remotely; providing real-time data to optimise asset and labor productivity in their business.
This acquisition will enable the company to accelerate expansion and further leverage solutions for remote tank monitoring and metering on all five continents.
