NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF
APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO APPEAL
28 July 2024
1. This permission to appeal application was received in time on 24 May
2024. The deadline was 10 June 2024.
2. I refuse permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal.
3. I do not grant an oral hearing of this application.
REASONS

grounds orally would make no difference to their merits. Holding an oral hearing
for the appointee to rehearse the grounds orally would merely give false hope.
Reasons for refusing permission to appeal
5. There is no arguable error of law, for the following reasons.
6. I have grouped the submissions into numbered grounds.
