Palm Medical Centers Acquires Dr. Aristides Martinez Internal Medicine Health Center in Delray Beach.

Florida, US-based senior primary care platform Palm Medical Centers, an MBF Healthcare Partners II, L.P. portfolio company, has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Dr. Aristides Martinez Internal Medicine Health Center, the company said.

The Center is located in Delray Beach, Florida and is owned and operated by Dr. Aristides Martinez, MD.

The facility will become Palm Medical Centers' 22nd location and its first office in Palm Beach County, marking the sixth county of service for the company, which continues to expand throughout South and Central Florida.

This Delray location, as well as the recently acquired North Broward location, provide additional operational hubs on the east coast of Florida as the company continues to expand its access to Medicare Advantage patients.
