Guild, la, quo warranto fuit port versus J. Cusack, Plunket, Hancock, Barry, & pluaors auters aldermen de Dublin, que pretend d'estre corporation, & d'aver privileges, & Guildam Mercatoriam, & grand franchises per charter fait al eux 39 H. 6. que fuit eonfirme 5 Eliz. per nomen corporation & deux gardeins, & deux freres : et parols sont que power est done al Earl de Ormond Justiciario Hibernise fundare, &c. Guildam Mercatoriam, & special privileges sont queux semblont void. 1. Que ila solement, & nul auters, venderont & emeront touts merchandizes la, & que nul emeroit de auter, & vender' al auter, mes al eux. 2. Que touts merchandizes serront port a lour hall la, & la serronb vend al corpora tion, si ils voilent emer, & si iion, que demurrent la per 40 jours, & donque poient eux importer, mes nemy vend al ascun auter. 3. Que aerra loyal al eux de searcher pur concealed merchandizes per tout le city, & si trove ascun, a seiser eux a lour use demesne; & sur ceux privileges judgment fuit, que pur corporation Curia advisare vult. Et pur les liberties que serront seize, & neque ils, neque lour successors ullo modo se intromittant, & quod excludantur des liberties, & capiantur pro fine. W. Si record soit bien remove, quia judgment ne est enter pur tout 1'original; mes que ils serront ouste de ses liberties. Et pur le corporation Curia advisare [2] vult. II tient, que error est bien port avant judgment clone sur Tauter part del quo-warranto. Et pur ceo il mist diversity perenter un agard; come si un pray en aid, & soit ouste de ceo, il ne avera error devant que judgment soit render sur tout roriginal.
